Really delicious, healthy bread
This bread is tasty and great for soups, grilled cheese, morning toast, etc. It is one of the better ready-made breads without getting into sprouted or German rye varieties… As a plus, I love that it is considered a green food in Noom. Eating this when it’s fresh or within a day or two of getting it is the best thing to do. When that can’t be done, I agree with other reviewers that say please store this in the freezer or fridge. I haven’t really needed to, but if you find the frozen bread to feel dry, you can flick a few drops of water on the frozen bread before you toast it to rehydrate the bread.

i think bread alone's sourdough is the best commercially made sourdough bread. lots of bubbles. slightly sour. good mix of flours (depending on the bread type), and NO yeast added - a true sourdough.

Very tasty whole grain bread
This makes terrific toast, sandwiches, garlic toast. Great texture and flavor. Sourdough taste is understated but enjoyable.
