As a heavy set man at a peak weight of 194kg i needed something that was going to hold my weight and wouldn't break this held up to the challenge. Very strong and held my weight nicely there was some flex in It which helped for when I was stepping up and down. It came with 4 legs so you can adjust the level it would have been nice if it came with more however I'm sure you can buy extra if you need more hight. Can also lie on it to do chest and weight exercise and very versatile for the price. It's not to large and can be stored and the base of a bed or in a corner when stood up. Thanks to this I have been able to lose some weight and can continue to exercise in the comfort of my home without the need for pricey gym equipment.

Okay, so I'm not exactly a fitness guru. I'm more of a "Netflix and chill" kind of person. But this aerobics step has changed everything! Would have liked a way to keep the risers attached to the top as it would make it a lot easier to move around, instead of having to move 5 pieces and "assemble" them again as I tend to use it in the same position. May end up screwing or glueing them in place...

Good quality step at a reasonable price. It's also long enough to lay on so I can do weights on it too as part of a body pump class. Would recommend!

Nothing I don’t like about this step. It has a good surface area and the rubber on top has a good texture and grip. Really easy to put together and adjust the height. And it doesn’t slip on the floor. Delivery was very quick by courier.

Quality/stylish product

I chose this Core Balance step as it looked to be better built than a cheaper alternative. My wife is recovering from knee surgery and has been told a step would allow her to do certain stretches to aid her recovery. I wanted something that was good none slip surface with no chance of toppling over as that is definitely not going to help her. This step hasn’t disappointed, I’m doing 60kg calf raises on it so have no fear of her doing simple stretches with it. As sturdy as it is, it is really lightweight and easy to move around our home gym too. Very happy customer
