This thing is the real deal! I absolutely love it! It has cut down my household cleaning time significantly. I looked for a vac/mop combo for awhile and started with the Eufy Omni C20 with the idea that if it wasn't up to snuff then I would send it back and try something else. Do not waste your time on the C20. It just swirls wet pads around and was basically dusting a bit as it vacuumed. It did not have good suction and left a lot to be desired. I sent it back and took a gamble on this one. I realized that to really be effective at moping that I would need a roller mop that would apply pressure as it mopped. The E28 fit the bill and I am so glad I tried it. The machine is easy to set up and use. It mapped the house quickly and went to work. I like that you can show it where rugs are and areas that you do not want it to go. The first few times that it mopped it was streaky, but that quickly went away the more it has been used. I have had it for a few weeks now and and I am very pleased with it's performance. We have 2 dogs and it keeps their area spic and span. It has a "dirt sensor" feature so that when it senses a heavily soiled area it will focus on that spot until it it clean. It will even go back to that spot at the end of the cleaning cycle and go over it again just for good measure. The portable cleaner is also a plus. The only negative that I have found with it has been that the app causes my phone to crash sometimes when I use it. I don't have to use it often since the initial setup so it isn't that big of a deal. Even with that, I would highly recommend this unit.

I really wanted to like this robot. I used it for a month and in all that time the mop never cleaned up some spills. They were about 1-1/2" and not really dried on. I wonder if maybe there was something wrong because after a month of using it I only refilled the fresh water tank one time and the waste water was dumped once and only had about two cups in it. I am returning it.

Easy to Set UpDespite all its features—strong suction, mop system, auto-cleaning station—it was really easy to set up. I used my phone and had it running in just a few minutes. Very user-friendly.3. Works Great & Worth ItI’ve owned several robot vacuums, and this one is a standout. It cleans all the way to the corners, doesn’t get tangled with hair, and the auto base works well. I also love the portable carpet cleaner—it’s perfect for stairs. Great value for the price.

I've completed five cleanings and haven't had to empty either bin myself! It's been a few days now and I have enough information to write a review.First, this is nice. It does a great job at mopping, an okay job at vacuuming. It does a great job for the 90% but that last 10%, it just can't clean up. Even so, it vacuums daily, so it isn't terrible.A few things on setting it up:- You must have 2.5GHz. I know it says that it can handle a mixed network, but it can't for me for some reason. It looks like the vacuum just disappears and needs to be reset and that seemed to have stopped when I put it on its own network.- The instructions are pretty bad. Fortunately, assembly is clear, but it's essentially a single line that is easy to miss on where to put the mop solution.- The app is good. No real complaints. It segregated the rooms pretty well, but what we didn't realize is that it's best to take ALL removable furniture, dog bowls, chairs, etc and move them while mapping. We now have a dead spot that the vacuum won't touch. Easily fixed, but just annoying and completely our fault.The robot itself is pretty smart. It does a good job of cleaning up after itself. Battery life isn't terrible -- about 30 minutes of cleaning, which I suppose is pretty normal. It easily finds its way home.Overall, my wife is happy, so I also like it. Fortunately, any issues I have are correctable via software. I'd recommend it, but just know that it doesn't substitute for someone actually cleaning with a good vacuum.
