good quality cord a bit longer than i need but `longer is better`

Worked great for my towable Nifty-Lift.

I needed to replace a cord that had been a bit beat and was a bit short on a trailer I have. This one is plenty long and had the plug built in. No trying to figure where the blue wire goes. Install was made easy and my lights work like they should.

As advertised. Pinouts and color coding are industry standard, very good quality molding. Fine strand copper is very compliant and takes solder readily. Excellent product

The overall quality is very good. The cable I received has finely stranded copper conductors (not CCA garbage) and it is very flexible with a thick jacket that will resist weather quite well. The terminals in the connector also appear to be very good. This worked well on a 40 foot gooseneck trailer with many lights and brakes on 3 axles. I Towed it over 700 miles and had no trouble with this cable. The wires are the appropriate sizes for that application, with the following arrangement: White (ground) 10 AWG Black (power) 10 AWG Blue (brakes) 12 AWG Red (left turn & brake light) 14 AWG Brown (right turn & brake light) 14 AWG Green (tail & running lights) 14 AWG Yellow (reverse lights) 14 AWG The only thing I could see as a possible future problem is where the outer insulation of the cable enters the body of the plug. It is common and typical for molded connector bodies to come loose from the wire insulation over time, but I have not had enough time or seasons to see whether that will be a problem with this or not. Another thing I did not like was written on the side of the cable "Made in China". I deducted one star in the rating for this. This bothers me a lot and would normally mean I would not buy it or use it, but I did not have a better option available at the time and had a broken down trailer a long way from home, so I used it. To the manufacturer: Please move your production out of countries that engage in slavery, child slavery, government abuse of the people, human trafficking, or are controlled by a regime with a stated goal of total world domination (aka despotic tyranny over the whole world).

on my last outing with travel trailer I managed to mangle and sever the power cable with the hitch. I ordered this unit based on wire gauges, color codes, length, and price. upon receipt, everything matched and quality looked good. After removing old cabling and reconnecting the new one, all lights and brakes worked as before. I added dielectric grease to the connector and job is complete. I would not hesitate to order this again or to recommend it to others.

Just what I needed and it fast

I like the rugged construction, I cannot tell it apart from the original plug and cord. The cord is plenty long but I decided not to cut it, just loop it around. I like the fact that each socket has connectors that clamp on the male plug instead of the flat plates that are just the replacement plugs have. I cannot find anything negative to say about the product. Delivery took about a week and a half, not too bad. Glad I bought it
