We had to assist-feed our 8-year-old cat because he just refused to eat -- anything -- on his own. After watching him waste away to a shell of his former self with no underlying medical cause, we were given the option to either assist-feed with a syringe or force-feed through a surgically implanted tube. This multipack of syringes allowed me to assist-feed four times a day without having to stop and refill the single syringe we had. I cut off the tip a wee bit to make the hole large enough, but they worked just fine. It took four weeks and lots of patience, but kitty finally started eating on his own again. It's been about ten days now and he meows for food when his dish is empty. These syringes were a life-saver!

These B-D syringes are "one-use" medical, but many-use utility syringes. The ones I got are not exactly as shown in the listing -- they are actually 12 cc, which is fine.The Luer Lock nose locks your Luer tip securely. I use them with Amico Leur Lock dispensing (blunt) needles for mixing and handling glycerin-based liquids. See my review on the Amico 12 gauge.One star off because the printing easily wears off. Wrap them in 2" clear packing tape!My application, see kv5r dot com, vape liquid viscosity. I use these (a) with a #12x1/2" needle as a viscosimeter, (b) graduated measure, and (c) to load my Protank vaporizer. Very handy for many applications!

Cheap and useful. I got these specifically to mix low volumes of film developer for black and white film processing. I use a 100+1 ratio of distilled water and Rodinal solution. That is 1000 ml of water and 10 ml of developer. It's easier to measure 10 mls of with this little syringe than in a cup. I got 5 in the purchase and only 1 has been opened. The suction works very well with no seepage so I assume it would work well for anything requiring measurements up to this volume.

i purchased this to apply flea medicine to my dogs as it is cheaper to purchase products for large dogs and use one tube for 3 or 4 months on my two dogs. I have VERY carefully found the dose measurement online and it is a MUCH cheaper alternative to purchasing the smaller dosed medicine for smaller dogs. I must stress, however, to please make sure you are accurate in your dose. My sister is a nurse and I ran my dosage by her to make sure it was accurate.

These were purchased to compliment a doctor's kit comprised of inexpensive medical devices/tools. Our twins love the approach over the Doc McStuffins offering. The twins immediately noticed that the Disney brand did not resemble at all what they are accustomed to seeing in a doctor's office. Pink and sparkly.

Smooth action. This was important as I've used plungers that slam out the last 2mL at extreme pressure, which can damage the ear drum if injecting medicine into a pet's or your own ear. These ones don't do that, they have a smooth action the entire plunge distance.Didn't need 5 of them but what can ya do

This syringe worked perfectly to transfer cabbage juice to tiny plastic bottles for my chemistry students. However, there was an air bubble that seemed unavoidable even when submerging the entire tip under the surface of the liquid. This means it is not accurate, and if you were using it intravenously, I would imagine it could even be dangerous. That said, these syringes are WAY easier than funnels for transferring liquids to very small bottles, and I intend to use them in the future.
