Get you pumped up!
This pre-work out is my go-to to get pumped up for an intense workout. You only need 1 scoop and that will get you feeling invincible and tingly. Over time you do start to build a tolerance, and you might have to do two scoops or just cut back for a couple of weeks. Overall I highly recommend C4 out of all other brands I've tried for the most effective workout.

Effective Pre-Workout But Could Use Less Caffeine
Effective pre-workout mix that has some high-tech (engineered) ingredients. Some of the marketing seems far-fetched (AI-powered peptides, really?). I do noticeably burn more calories after taking it in the morning, according to my Apple Watch.Some things I do not like: the inclusion of 200mg of caffeine which limits when I can take this and just adds to my daily caffeine intake when I don't actually need it. Seems more like an energy drink mix since it is the same amount of caffeine. I would prefer there not be caffeine as I pretty much can't use this anytime after the afternoon. Also don't like the inclusion of artificial flavors and Sucralose but I guess that is to be expected for a mainstream energy drink maker. The Rainbow Blast flavor tastes like fruit punch; doesn't taste that great but drinkable. There are also some warnings about ingredients that may make you tingly. Feels like I'm drinking a science project.Effective product with some caveats and unnecessary additions. Can be useful in the morning but caffeine really limits being able to take it later in the day.

Absolutely delicious flavor. Dissolves well. I usually order the individual packets but I like this multi use tub for making my drink at home. Value wise it is also much better than the packets. I would recommend!

Great taste
We like this pre-workout powder so far. We like that is is sugar free, but it does have sucralose, so if you are sensitive to that, just know it is in here. I also like that this has creatine in it. Each container has 30 servings.
