Excellent quality and a fantastic price point compared to big box stores. Easy to cut to fit and the final result looks great!

These were exactly what we wanted. They were just as described and were easy to install. Used a radial saw to cut them to size. Look great. Each individual baluster was individually wrapped in bubble wrap which made them arrive in excellent shape. I’m real happy with this purchase

They look nice. I went with two straights in between rectangular ones.

These came in really nice compared to the other three I received. Too bad i don’t need them now and have to return anyway. Regardless the other three must have been a fluke delivery. These were packaged nicely in an Amazon box. The other 3 were breaking out of the boxes from both ends and some rods were damaged. We were able to salvage them because they had to be cut. The other three boxes had rods that were not perfectly straight either. Cutting the excess and tightening them in place seem to bypass that little flaw. They do look great though. We are doing a 3:1 patten with these and are really liking how they are turning out.

These were a PAIN to install. I mean an actual nightmare that took us weeks and not beginner/user friendly. HOWEVER, what saved the review/day is they are STUNNING once installed. We’ve gotten so many compliments on how great they look so I will say it was worth the headache
