This stuff is absolutely amazing. Super quick dark green up with some great soil conditioning products added in. This replaces 4 different products for me and the hassle of mixing them together. I found letting it sit on the lawn for 4 hours then giving a deep watering gives the best results. This stuff will not magically turn a pile of weeds into green grass. It will however elevate your lawn to another level if you’re serious about your lawn. Will definitely be keeping this in my regular rotation of products.

I am a homeowner who has always used granulated fertilizer.This is the best my lawn has ever looked! This is what is looks like after 2.5 weeks of use and two applications two weeks apart. I have generic builders grade Bermuda grass. You can definitely see the dividing line between my yard and my neighbor’s yard. Follow the directions.The pictures I am sharing are after two 100 degree days in a row.It really works and is easy to use with a back pack sprayer.

Wow this stuff will turn your grass green in hours. I will say you don’t need to do 18oz for 1000 square ft. I just do 8 oz of fertilizer to gallon water in tank sprayer all it took. Did 1000 square ft. I cut lawn sprayed and water four hour later. The best do this before a rain wow.

This product does work well I applied this product 2 weeks ago and my yard darkened up and the browning spots are looking alive again. I applied this with my pump sprayer in even paths with a fan spray. It wasn't difficult as long as you walked straight and focused on where the product is being applied and try not to overlap. I BRIEFLY watered my lawn afterwards to get the product to sink into the roots and also spread my evenly. I am happy about the product but not happy about how little it covers. It also doesn't include a way to measure out the product which is a bummer. 18oz to one gallon of water and that covers 1000sqft. I have a 5000sqft lawn so I used all this product up in one shot and don't have any left for touchups or a reapplication. I suggest buying the bigger bottle unless you have a small lawn.

Just got this item can't wait to use it. Excited to see the results. Time will tell but l got a great feeling about this product and I won't have to mix anymore fertilizer together anymore very convenient.

Just get it and the see the results for yourself. My lawn has never been this green before after my first application of neighbors envy! Results within 24-48 hours!
