I've slept with this the last three nights, and it has helped keep me from having leg cramps by keeping my upper leg in alignment with my back. It is very comfortable, not too bulky and well-made. I don't use the strap; it's easy to keep in place because of the way it is shaped. I'm very happy with his purchase! 👍🏻

I find this very useful for in the car. I'm an average sized person, and it was a little to small of a surface for me. I wish it was a little bit bigger. Other than that I find it comfy, soft. Not much spianal support but if you have issues sitting, driving, ect. Then you may benefit from trying it out. I have a narrowing of my spinal cord, and bulging discs in every vertebrae in my lower back from degenerative disc disease. Using this in the car in the weeks after my spinal cortisone shot made it a little more bareable.

This cushion reduces the need for a pillow behind, due to the extended height fir the lower back. Great quality, very comfortable, convenient carrying handle on the side.

Be careful not to use it on a leather chair like at work. It will slip away from you and you could possibly fall if you are not careful.

Fantastic product!! We were traveling in our truck pulling a camper visiting several states. My back was killing me after our travel days as was my neck. I bought this seat cushion - my back is grat and so is my neck! Works way better than expected.

It is comfy, but I think it will take a while for me to break it in..thought it would have a good low back support, but that falls short, as it does NOT come up high enough on low back..am a short person, so might not work for n average size person or taller..
