We have a deck that hadn't been cleaned in 4 years so there was algae and just black build up on it as we have the neighbors black walnut tree that hangs way over our yard that is dropping something just about all year long. I did decide to pressure wash first to get the thick build up off and then put this on. I just sprayed it on and gave it a little scrub with a brush I have to clean my big shower. It actually ends up working really well and did get rid of the green tint that remained after pressure washing from the algae. It is bleach so take precautions while using it around pets and plants and so forth. Probably should have been using this once a year and will certainly buy this again when the time comes.

I have never given a 5 star review for the hundreds of products I've bought from Amazon. If I could I'd give it more. I have screens on the second story that were originally beige that had turned black. While I was playing out my work plan I noticed that between and above and below these windows was covered in green mold as well. I bought the two pack thinking I'd have to do two treatments. I was shocked when I turned the nozzle setting to the water only setting and started to rinse it off. All the mold on the screens was gone in just a couple minutes. I sprayed the entire area first and after reading the instructions and word with the knowledge that "don't let it dry". I decided to rinse it ad soon as I finished spraying it on. I'm glad I did. It took me 3 - 5 minutes to spray the whole area which is approximately 20' W x 10' tall and I was ready to dance a jig when I saw how clean it was. I came back to reality and thought I'd better hold off on that dance until it dries. Well, I wasn't disappointed. About an hour later I went out to look at it and was was like brand new. I've got the extra gallon so now I'm going to do the chimney on the other side of the house. But this product, you won't be disappointed.

Easy to use. Product works exactly as advertised - spray on, let sit on surface, rinse. Cleared my north-facing siding all the way up to second story without need for ladder. Just my hose and the cleaning solution with included dispenser adapter. If you apply and scrub, your surface will be like new. I chose just to apply and rinse. Siding still looks fresh and clean, though if you walk right up to it, you can see some minimal, faint residue in some areas. For sake of convenience and time, apply and rinse works great. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that there was some minimal leakage during shipping due to the caps of each of the bottles allowing small amounts of solution out - likely due to the boxes being stored incorrectly in inventory and/or during shipping.

A friend recommend this product any it is fantastic! I own a ranch-style house with a two peaks on each side, one of which is difficult to reach due to the slope of the ground. That side gets very dirty due to the location, facing north in my case. I spent an hour on the lower part with a power washer, leaving the top until the shipment arrived. What a dummy! Connected the bottle with the sprayer to the hose, sprayed it on the entire side, waited a minute, rinsed it off and just like that, a totally clean house. Looks like new siding. Great product!

Have used this product over the course of 5 years now. SO easy.... Reaches the peaks on my ranch style home with no problem. I find that a 5 minute set time after application and before rinsing off, seems to work best. I would also note that the siding continues to get cleaner looking over the next few hours as it eats away at mold and mildew over time. I try to apply on an overcast day so it doesn't dry to quickly. No more dragging out a pressure washer for me. Smell isn't too bad. Great value over hiring someone.
