Turns soggy
Good as gluten free alternatives go but turns soggy quickly so you need to cook it fast

Best gluten free pasta
Unfortunately I’ve had to go gluten free lately due to medical problems, and I thought I wouldn’t be able to eat pasta anymore. Luckily for me, I had Ugo... Every other brand was a major disappointment, hard, chewy and disgusting. Not Ugo though, great taste and mouthfeel.I’d give 6 stars if I could. Thanks Ugo.

Disappointing
Disintegrates almost instantly. Says to cook for 4 minutes. Two mins and it’s falling apart. Four mins would be soup. Plenty of better options out there.
