Vietnamese Rice Stick(vermicelli) Three Ladies Brand 2lbs

Great quality, delicious

I use these for cold spicy peanut noodles, made with a satay peanut sauce mix + coconut milk + veggies, and it's super refreshing on a hot day. One of my favorite brands.

The taste and texture work great as a replacement for Ramen Noodles for those who cannot have Gluten or Wheat-products in general. Although the instructions require you to rinse the noodles with cold water after you finishing boiling them, they do not seem any worse if you then warm them up in a microwave (although they do end up softer if you do so).

I love these, they taste so good! I've bought them several times so far.

With most rice noodles this thickness I have basically only had to drop them in boiling liquid for 1 minute and they were soft and edible. These had to boil for 5-6 minutes and still were "al dente" to the tooth.Once I figured that out I started cooking them for 7-8 minutes before transferring to my pho or noodle dish and they were perfect. Not sure why these are different.

This product is yummy. It does not take long time to cook and after I boil it I add it to my stir-fry. The texture is just like a thin noodle. It is not mushy.

Now , I am not a chef nor have I tested lots of other rice noodles, I reviewed suggestions and bought them based on that. I am not disappointed, the taste, texture and appearance is exactly what I was looking for. This is the only negative for myself: I didn't realize it is a 2lb package of 1. It is huge, and I had to split it up into smaller storage bags to use in the future for more spring rolls and other recipes. (Pic is my 1st time making spring rolls at home so aren't pretty, but the flavors are on point!)

It has the most perfect texture and diameter for my fish curry dish. And it’s got a really nice chew. It can also be used in stir fry or any Asian dish the requires vermicelli noodles.
