I don’t know about ingredients is just good

I’ve been taking these vitamins for about a year and a half now, and let me tell you—I will never look back. They give me such a noticeable burst of energy, and I can always tell the difference on the days I forget to take them. That’s how I know they really work. I take them morning and night, and I stay consistent because they actually make me feel good. I’ve even recommended them to a lot of my family and friends because they’ve made such a difference for me. I also love the ingredients and all the extra benefits they come with. It’s hard to find a good vitamin that actually does what it says, but these? They are it. If you’re looking for something that will give you energy and keep you feeling your best, these are definitely worth trying.

Good product and great price, love and good deal for a good product. Have been ordering for years, glad to find a version with Iron as well!

I am in my 60's and my daughter takes this so I thought I would try it and it really helped especially working in the afternoons!

I like the Alive brand and have been taking them for several years. I saw these and thought they had lots of good ingredients and that I would give them a try. Shame on me for not reading the daily dosage. Six capsules per day. The 90 capsule bottle is a 15 day supply. Sorry, but this seems to be a rip-off. Will take four per day until bottle is done and then back to my usual Alive vitamins.

If you look at both the total list of ingredients and the AMOUNT of each ingredient that you get, Nature's Way Alive! totally outperforms any competing multivitamin/mineral/supplement formulation. You can get it in two forms - TABLETS or CAPSULES. I recommend the "Max6" capsules because the generous amount of ingredients packed into 3 tablets makes for rather large tablets, which can be a little hard for some people to swallow. The tablets formula is, however, a little less expensive. I go with the capsules and just divide up the 6 capsules into 2 capsules with each meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I've taken these for years. They work. I do feel less energetic when I stopped taking them. However, i hate how large the pills are and they expect you to take 3 of them. Also some of the numbers Are absurd like 3000% daily intake. I just take one a day. Cuts cost and potential for side effects
