Excellent replacement for my 20 year old rain bird sprinklers

Purchased a free standing oscillation sprinkler but the head was not working properly. Purchased this and it works great.

Arrived in good condition, in a timely fashion, at a reasonable price (compared to other sites), and works. Have done this before and would do it again. What else is needed?

I attempted to get this to work from the first day. Been using sprayer heads for years, I'm 67. I studied the system for a long time and noticed it was rubbing the base on my tri-pod. Had to make a slight upward bend to get it to work properly as it approached the return stops. Normally it would just hit the stops and cheap for 2 or 3 minutes before flipping into return mode. Now the system is back at it again but not rubbing thit time. Now the head is just dragging on its own, hard to turn or move freely. Therefore I determined it's just junk. Paid good money and I shouldn't need to troubleshoot and make repairs on a sprinkler that's 3 months old. Sorry, but shop for another brand and play it safe!!!

All made of metal. No plastic parts to break. Good old fashion construction that will last. Easy to adjust spray and amount of coverage from narrow to complete circular coverage. Unfortunately, I did not use it until after return date. It does not do a long-distance spray like this style normally does. Don't know if it is a defect in the construction of the one I got. Disappointed that I will have to buy another one, probably at nearby hardware store.

Had to buy this to replace the same OEM brand head that came with tripod stand because the head snapped/broke!

Quality unit, we got up to a 40' radius ( no wind ) with our 58 psi home well water source. I ordered these units for fire protection around our home. Gives me a lot of gratification that the units performed as described.

The quality of the product is lesser than years ago but I’m willing to give it another chance. The springs seem to have a short life span that I’m seeing..

So far so good. Much better than plastic models and hopefully it will not seize up like my plastic ones.
