It doesn't look like a clunky cleaning appliance but rather a stylish addition to my home decor, fitting in well with any modern - style living space. This isn't just a pretty face though, as it has completely transformed my home cleaning routine, especially as a pet owner. Right off the bat, I was impressed by how quiet this vacuum operates. When I'm working from home, I can set it running without any disruptions to my concentration. Even when it's in the same room, the noise is barely noticeable, just a soft, unobtrusive hum. This is a vast improvement over my old vacuum, which would startle my pets and make me wince every time I used it. The suction power is truly remarkable. It effortlessly picks up the tiniest pet hairs, as well as larger debris. With my furry friends shedding constantly, I used to struggle to keep my floors clean. But now, the Eureka E20 Plus makes short work of the mess. The anti hair tangling brush has worked very well and I didn't have to constantly detangle it like what I had to do to my old robot vacuum. The bagless self emptying station is a godsend. With a whopping 45 day capacity, I don't have to worry about emptying the vacuum frequently. Whether I'm swamped with work or away on a trip, I know my floors will stay clean. Emptying the self emptying station every few weeks is a breeze. The accompanying app is a joy to use. It's incredibly intuitive, allowing me to easily schedule cleaning sessions, adjust the suction power, and even set no go zones. I can control the vacuum from anywhere using my smartphone, which is super convenient. The mapping feature of this robot vacuum is spot - on. It quickly and accurately maps out my home, navigating around furniture and obstacles with ease. It knows exactly which areas it has cleaned and which ones it still needs to cover. This means no more missed spots or redundant cleaning, making the whole process highly efficient. The fact that it doubles as a mop is an added bonus. After it vacuums, it can then mop the floors, leaving them not only clean but also shiny. This is perfect for maintaining a clean home without having to use multiple cleaning appliances. It was the best robot vacuum I had ever purchased it. Purchased it in August worked flawlessly until about December then it stopped emptying I called customer support they were going to send me a new dust bin however would not have one until June. Customer service refunded me my entire purchase price. Customer service is great. I’m sorry my little robot stopped working. BJ Texas

The Eureka E20 Plus is a decent vacuum if you only need it for a small area or a single room, especially if you don’t have long hair. However, I’ve encountered several issues. First, hair tends to get tangled in the wheels, and the main brush often comes off. The second major problem is that the dust and water holders are combined into a single unit. This means the dust holder is quite small and struggles to contain the dust from a single room. When it gets too full, the vacuum can't effectively suction up all the dust and debris. Lastly, it has trouble finding the right position for charging it. It often has to move back and forth multiple times to find the right spot.

So far I cannot give this a good review. Got it today and fully charged it, mapping and setting up the app was no problem at all. But can not get it to collect dust in at all. We manually dumped it. It keeps say to clean the bumper for it to dump ? So far functional wise it’s not doing what’s it’s suppose to. It late now so I’m gonna factory recent and try again in the morning . Hopefully someone can help with this issue before I’m forced to return it. I will update my review if u get it working

Great vacuum overall. Still gets clogged like my old one. Unfortunately, these aren’t made for homes with pets 🤷‍♂️
