These matches are expensive compared to regular matches. But they strike the first time you drag them across the included strike plate (which I attached to an existing matchbox), and they hold a flame long enough to light three or four wicks in a candle, or several candles. A pleasure to use after trying crummy, cheap matches!

These matches are great! They light on the first strike very time. The extra striking strips are a wonderful idea. We reordered these so we can give them along with some candles as Christmas presents.

Much better than the flimsy little wooden matches from the grocery stores. These matches light on the first strike every time, don’t fall apart, and burn long enough to light several candles. And they fit perfectly in the box we already had.
