I love how easy and convenient these are to use. They are great for staying hydrated and for a boost of energy without the crash you get from energy drinks. The liquid formula is amazing. No struggling to get it mixed in like the powdered packets. The fact that it’s flavorless is an added bonus. You can throw them in your purse or car and just mix it with anything.

I love that it’s clean & doesn’t break the fast. Taste is almost like water. Leaves no funny aftertaste. I put two a little water bottle and that does the job. The only thing I don't like is sometimes the product is smashes and some of the hydration packets bursts and are empty. It has happened a couple of times. The shipping needs to have a label to not place anything heavy on top. I gave it one less star for missing product is two separate shipments.
