I have been buying Sclero-Eze for many years. The main reason is that each capsule contains Dichroa Root ( Chang Shan).. This special shrub is an excellent source of febrifugine. My wife has a diffuse scleroderma, very rare,deadly, luntreatable disease. Doctors use some off label medication to treat life threatening symptoms of scleroderma without very much success. One year after being diagnosed with scleroderma my wife kidneys stopped working. She has been on dialysis since. After that happened, I decided to learn more about the disease, and available experimental treatmenst. I had nothing to loose but a lot to gain. This is how I found out that Collgard Biopharmaceuticals tried to use Tempostatin to treat scleroderma with very promising results. It turned out that Tempostatin, the patented chemical compound, was a very well known chemical called halofuginone. Unfortunately, the company stopped the scleroderma trials, and instead had focused on using the same chemical for a cancer treatment. After talking to people from Collgard, my main goal was to put my hands on a small amount of pharmaceutical grade of halofuginone. I was desperate enough to try it. However, this chemical compound was not only very expensive and difficult to buy, but also not easy to administer. In the end, I was lucky to learn that halofuginone was a synthetic analog of febrifugine (mentioned above), and the Dichroa Root was the organic source of it. First, I was thinking about buying Dichroa Root; the typical dosage of it is between 5 and 10 grams, taken wit hot water as decoction. Then, I talked to the founder of Sun Catcher Herbs and learn about Sclero-Eze. I bought a few bottles of Sclero-Eze, and my wife had started to take it. We were increasing the dose gradually from 2 capsules a day to 6 over a period of about four months; we were a little concern about side effects for a person being on dialysis. After four months, my wife was taking six capsules a day. She has been doing this for the last eight years without any negative effects on her health. Collgard was right, the Tempostatin (synthetic analog of febrifugine) and febrifugine present in the Dichroa Root is the best presently available treatment for scleroderma. My wife scleroderma has been contained. No new symptoms for over eight years, all internal organs are intact, but kidneys. By the way, there is an ample number of medical papers available confirming the effectiveness of febrifugine in treating various diseases, including scleroderma. We will be buying Sclero-Eze until approved by FDA scleroderma treatment is available.

So far so good. Things work on me right away usually and it did cut pain I’d say but at least a 1/3 which is big considering I was popping pills and in so much pain I could barely function let alone work for over a years now. I’m young and crazy healthy but somehow developed autoimmune AS like 10 years ago and had no idea till a test a year ago that I had a dairy allergy which probably aggravated.This product and research made me realize I can’t have anything with dairy whatsoever and I took their advice on stopping gluten even though my test showed I didn’t have that allergy but apparently there are still triggers I learned from another review here.I’m excited to try this long term. I started on low dose and now take 2 twice a day and go up to 4 pills 3 times per instruction if are something kinda bad or having inflammation attack.Thank you for this product! I love that it blocks the autoimmune T cell I think it was that binds and causes issues. Research as I’m not sure exactly how it works but sounds right and having half the pain is crazy worth it and saving my life. As I was worse off then the elderly pain wise which isn’t right cuz I did everything right.I feel hope like I can start living normal. It’s sad doctors just give people bad pills instead of trying to get to the root. Try a functional medicine specialist also to pin point the real trigger.I also bought cat’s claw by NOW brand which helped tons as well as Ashwaganda by Devine Bountry.

I dont think I can say enough about this product and how its helped me. I stopped using it because my doctor recommended me to start using Methotrexate. After months of that, with no help or improvement, I started on a biologic drug. Oh my goodness! The worst decision ever. I never felt so bad in my entire life and actually got worse! To the point where I was in the ER 3x in a month alone! I recalled how I felt taking Sclero-eze, the relief came softly and slow, it didnt hit like a ton of bricks, but it worked! And after all the changes I went through taken Rx drugs, I'd say Sclero-eze is a good bet with no side effects like drugs have. Now I'm going back to this product because the thought of being back on biologics scares me too much, and I did not have the relief I needed like I did with this.UPDATE: Still taking the Sclero-eze, stopped taking all Rx drugs for my autoimmune disease. Never felt better!! No side effects at all! I just want to cry thinking of all I went through after I stopped taking the Sclero-eze and started on biologics as my doctor suggested I do. This is my tried and true product that did not hurt me but saved me! I highly recommend this to anyone with autoimmune disease to highly consider this over biologics.
