A great unit
This is a great unit. We use it at church and everyone loves the cold water and instant hot water. The bottom load water makes it easy for anyone to replace. And the top buttons keep it safe for kids along with the hot water safety feature. Definitely recommend.

Great for our camper.
The first one we ordered did not work. After contacting the manufacturer we still could not get it to work. Amazon ordered a pick up of that one and sent out a replacement. The replacement is working as expected. Thank you Amazon!

Love love love
We finally purchased a button loader water machine. Definitely worth the money. It was a great price and absolutely love the perfect water temperature. It’s very quiet as well.

Ethos is a good brand
I set it up when I received it but I never got cold water. I had to return it. I bought two countertop ice makers, the same brand, one for myself and one for my daughter. They are awesome. I do not think it is the brand. I think I got a bad water cooler.

Solid Own vs Rent Water Cooler Option
My wife and kids are all filtered water people. Over the years we've rented water bottle units and had the whole delivery service thing, both of which can get pricey. I've found this to be a good solution. I really like that the water bottle is stored at the bottom and within the unit, vs the classic sit-on-top variety. In addition, the fact that it can handle both 3 gallon and 5 gallon bottles is nice, though we will likely stick to the fiver. There was zero assembly, and minimal setup, which was fantastic. So far it has worked great - we just finished our first 5-gallon jug, and no issues with water flow, leakage or anything like that. I gave it 4 stars only because I'd ideally like the front door that you open to insert the bottle, to be a more definitive latching system of some kind. As it is, the door just swings open - there's no catch or anything to keep it closed. To be clear, we have not had issues with it swinging open, but it just seems like having even just a magnetic catch would be a nice addition to it. Another improvement would be better marking of the dispenser buttons. As shown in the photo, there's not really much marking at all - you can infer that the left-most button is hot because of the red safety slider, but it wouldn't hurt to have some more apparent marking for hot, warm and cold. Having said that, the actual functionality has been good so far - hot is definitely hot, cold is reasonably cold, etc. The cooler looks much nicer than the bottle-on-top kind, in my opinion, and it's also a benefit that I rarely hear it operating other than when water is actually being dispensed. In other words, whatever it does to heat or cool the water is done very quietly. One note - be sure to read the instructions and make note of the buttons on the back that have to be turned on for the water to heat or cool. I had skimmed the instructions at first, and was concern that the unit didn't work. Only then did I read more carefully and make note of the buttons on back - after those were flipped, all has been good.
