I bought this mask after using the Renuvalight mask bought online and finding it lacking (awkward strap and the whole mask directly touched the face). The Shark solved all my problems! The over the head strap is extremely comfortable and it makes me want to use it each night. The mask is held away from the skin allowing the lights to work effectively. The main point of contact is two metal cooling pads at your lower eye/upper cheek area. You can adjust the intensity of the cooling or turn it off entirely. I enjoy it and find it to be relaxing. It lasts 3-4 uses before needing to be charged again. I am 46 and have the joy of treating both aging and acne and so far I have enjoyed the “acne clearing” setting. I have had about 40 uses so far and I think I have been seeing less pimples and overall smoother brighter skin. Highly recommend!

Easy to use & fit on my face. It works great. I can use the cooling pads, or choose no cooling. I also used this in my neck, and it worked great.

I bought the Shark Cryo Glow Face Mask for my wife, and she absolutely loves it. The cooling sensation is her favorite part—especially around the eyes. It instantly helps with puffiness and gives her skin a refreshed, radiant glow. She says it feels like a spa treatment at home. Easy to use and super relaxing—definitely a hit!

It’s Great for what it does but the eye cooler patches cover a large part of your upper cheek where I needed the light most. I only used it for a few days and had patch outlines on my cheeks. I am returning it and ordering the OMNILUX Men. Not as much settings but it will suite my needs better.

I didn’t believe the red light therapy hype until I tried this mask and I work for a dermatologist. I got compliments on my skin after a week of use. The acne clearing one is probably my saving grace. After one treatment my acne clears up by the next day. I use it at night and use my retinol after. The eye cooling is also the best. I used up my eye patches and just use this instead with some hyaluronic acid drops. The battery life isn’t the longest but I charge it once a week even with everyday use. Totally worth the money and investment into your skin.

I am impressed with the comfort and ease of this product. Great fit, noticeable difference in my skin discoloration, and hoping for an impact on my fine lines.

NOT a paid review and was NOT given the product for free. I have had this about 10 days- I did a lot of research before purchasing. I needed one that did red light for redness/aging for me, and blue for acne for my teenage daughter. BOTH of us ABSOLUTELY love it. The eye cooling is my absolute FAVORITE. It feels absolutely incredible. I love the different programs and how they are 4-8 minutes- less of a commitment. Mask is very comfortable. I have seen some good improvement in redness and my daughter does feel like it's helping her acne- more time will tell for certain. But so far, we are both very happy and highly recommend!

This may a good product but they failed to note in the Amazon description that those with retina problems or macro degeneration should NOT use the mask. That information is on the enclosed pamphlet. I was very disappointed to have to return the mask.
