Not a bad little fan cools down my garage when my dryer is running

I received the fan, after having to reorder it due to it being lost in shipment, and immediately connected it directly to my motorhome 12V system. It ran continuous for about 24 hours and then quit for no reason. It was not overheated or anything. Just quit working. It was mounted as a pass through ventilation fan with full unobstructed airflow access in and out.

Initial unboxing was like ok great then after doing a quick hookup to 12 volt power revealed some real failures. 1st the "indicator light" doesn't indicate anything. Why you ask? There is nothing to illuminate the light. It's just a red piece of plastic on the cover. See the pictures. Next an exhaust fan as is not an exhaust fan when it sucks air in and not blow out. Yeah it runs backwards and swapping the leads don't fix the issue. It has a circuitry that wont let simply swap leads for direction. Then I opened it up and my suspicion was confirmed nothing will ever make the "ON" light work because there's nothing there to make it work. The next glaring problem is the plastic is Pink! Not even remotely close to any white color on any scale I've ever seen. Good thing it will be hidden. The good news is it's pretty well made. The fan itself is ultra quiet which I love for the RV and the power cable is 6-8 ft long with alligator clips to attach to a battery if needed. But was going to hardwire it. So bonus on the alligator clips. I should return it because it doesn't work as described but I will make it work. For the price, fit, form, function. It's a total fail. If you sent this to my business there would be hell to pay.
