A very interesting product. A bit of a learning curve to upload documents, I had to look at Youtube videos, but still good. The paper feel is excellent. When drawing the colours are quite faded, very dull,.. so it will be interesting to see what the colours are like when I print. Charged really slow... I mean hours, when connected to my computer.. but, very quick on a basic 20W apple iPhone charger. It has to be said, it's expensive for what it is.

Beautiful hardware with basic software but I absolutely love it. The writing experience is clearly where the development of this device has been focused. The software is basic and there are some annoying quirks and bugs. For example, I have had out of memory errors switching between PDF’s and notebooks (necessitating a restart) and the eraser sometimes does not work when zooming in. This should not happen at this price point. The screen refresh does not bother me but it is clear they have “cheaped out” on choice of processor. Despite all this it excels in what it was designed for. I take copious notes and it has rarely (see above) let me down. The sync is instantaneous and the notebooks created are great. It has a nice tagging system for classifying notes. Battery life is so-so. I have the light switched off and it will get me through a working day but it will need charging regularly. I recommend this (dependent on your use case.) For me it is spot on, but if you want, for example, a Goodnotes feature-laden application, or wide app choice experience you won’t get it. It just focuses on handwritten notes. The handwriting feel is top drawer.

Quite remarkable! I have written a few books and journal articles in my time, entirely by keyboard. I have had a couple of "frivolous" fictional stories bouncing around my head, but never thought they were worth the effort of typing, or even recording and transcribing. Writing them down in my appalling handwriting, then allowing the software to convert them seems less formal, as if I'm not treating them with the same seriousness as when writing for work. The first novel is now on its way, thanks to this amazing bit of kit. I even bought the portable version to slip in my handbag and work on the writing on the go. I like this size, but love the smaller, so think carefully about where you might use this. I suspect meetings notes and collaborations might be the best use, but I am still happy. A few points though: I would personally like a brighter back light, and more choice of colour for drawings, but they are not deal breakers.

I have spent the past several weeks trying to get this device to work, it won't. I have looked at You Tube videos, bought the book, and still it will not work. There is no phone number to call, and I am appalled. I have a £700 hole in my bank account and nothing to show for it. I am really disappointed> Please advise as to what I can do, I need it to work!

Loving it. I’ve replaced multiple note pads and great for ideas rather than laptop. Very happy so far but still learning how to use it well.

Perfect for anyone on the move

Only giving it 2 stars for the folio cover which is solid and very simple, the pan which looks solid and usable definitely better than the Apple equivalent and for the overall packaging that the whole bundle comes in The device itself is very disappointing having seen all the marketing videos and all the hype the devices itself and fortunately only worked about 80% of the screen was usable. The actual interface it's not that usable and the continuous refresh of the screen really annoyed me. I really expected a lot more from this brand but it fell short of delivering what I really needed from it Screen is very dim despite putting it on extra brightness it's still did not deliver the required brightness Overall 1 star for the device itself which is very unfortunate so I'm sending it back and we'll continue using my Samsung pen tablet.

This is an incredible add on to my digital assets. I've done away with all my paper notebooks and scribble pads. Writes like on paper. Most useful feature: You can create your own templates in PDF and use them as background.
