I need to hydrate more, doctors orders, and I bought a water machine to do it. I fill up the 5 gallon jugs locally so I always have fresh water and even get the big bags of ice and got a metal drinking glass so I'm being as green as I can. That said, it gets really bland after a while and I crave sweet. The siren call of sodas, Arizona 99 cent cans, and energy drinks keeps making me drift off to sugary side roads that lead me to inevitable energy crashes. So, I tries these little guys and at first I went with the recommended method. Little 16.x bottle of water, one sip for room, add a packet, and shake. A lot of flavor, not too bad as far as that sweetener taste goes since it's not carbonated and I'm not comparing it to a known soda taste, but after a few of these I just got overwhelmed with them. Even swapping back to plain water for a bit didn't really help. So instead I grabbed the bigger bottle, the 1 liter (33.8) size and tried that with one packet. Still got the flavor coming through strong enough, certainly way more than those new seltzers that clearly think having the fruit in the room as they fill the can is enough! Actually made it so I can have these pretty much daily, usually one bottle and then back to regular water, and that seems to be good to go for keeping me going for now. Steady hydration and the flavor options add enough variety to keep the boredom at bay. If you need more, try local stores to add a box or two of other flavors for variety as well. I now keep a bowl of these on the kitchen counter, mixed up, and a bottle or two (currently Body Armor but may eventually grab permanent metal ones) to mix up as needed. Make two at a time so one is in the fridge usually.

These are the tastiest way to add electrolytes for your health. Mix easily with water. I get a boost of energy when I drank it. All flavors are wonderful.

Great variety pack. Not that watered down flavor mix. I put mine in a 33oz bottle instead of 16oz and it’s still good.

Exact same product that’s sold for $2.08 a box from the local WalMart. We like the taste, and the convenience of these energy drink mixes and they mix well with 16oz water, but they’re WAY over-priced, especially buying in bulk at over double the price of what it sells for at the local store. Save your money and buy them in bulk when you’re at the WalMart.

Have been using these for over 10 yrs They have many and all great flavors.. as far as energy, not sure cause I am always pretty go go go
