Definitely does the job and the plans are priced well in my opinion. I use it in my pickup for the T style head unit. So far no problems connecting with a network.

eSIM was operational and unlocked. Support was very quick to answer and respond to any questions or concerns.

Physical eSIM card and reader seem to be OK. The reader software ("App") was a bit finicky. From "EIOTCLUB eSIM Reader Guide" website, one can download Windows-amd64/arm64 and MacOS "app"s. MacOS dmg file can be installed as typical apps and the guide also provided caveat/workaround at the very end of that page. Getting MacOS app installed and run was not much trouble. However, Windows-amd64 app was a different story. It was a zipped file without any "installation instruction" (the README.md file in the folder was for Linux). After extraction and executing "EIOTCLUB_eSIM_reader-windows-amd64.exe", the errors showed. Reaching out to the support with the error log, the first line agent eventually referred to a higher level one for email response. What the support email was basically referred me back to the SAME website! My use case was to port the eSIM profile from an eSIM-only iPhone to use on an older iPhone with physical SIM during travel. It's very inconvenient to reply only on MacOS app, especially switching eSIM profile on the road, i.e., one also needs to bring along a MacBook if using Windows laptop for work. EIOTCLUD's support was there with fast response, but don't understand why they could not provide real help to get "Windows's App" function. BTW, Andreas Mausch's blog provided Linux-based reader information.

Best SIM card for traveling or just mobile hotspot. There app makes It extremely easy to reload more data. If you have there eSIM SIM card you can switch between multiple esims with 1 SIM card. I would highly recommend this product.

Bought 2 of these as the installation instructions didn't work so well but finally got to work.

Originally I was going to go out and buy a GL.iNet and their Physical eSIM card until I realised that GL.iNet was simply rebadging these EIOT Club eSIM and adding software that allows you to easily configuration the eSIM from within their Mobile WiFi routers. I set up the software on my PC, downloaded the eSIM from my chosen carrier and inserted the Physical eSIM it into Huawei Pocket WiFi 4G E6676 and it all worked perfectly. If you already have a Mobile Wifi Router floating around, give it the power of using eSIMs with this device.

it's good for data only however unlike a built in esim, you can't use it to make phone calls. I took away one star because it's expensive compared to competitors, and another star because you can't use it as a regular built in esim. the data worked fine on my samsung phone. All I had to do is enable data roaming from phone settings and insert the sim card. it's as easy as plug and play, you don't need to configure it or anything like that. Compared to competitors, data expires on this sim card and it's more expensive data plans. buying a regular sim card locally offers more cheaper data plans than eotclub, so it doesn't give any advantage from using just a regular sim card. I tried other esim providers by the name of roamless, which was way cheaper and never expires however the speed was slower, so I need to keep searching different providers and waste money to find the cheapest plan, only then I will be able to save any money on data. my phone can't see any esim settings and I was not able to use the sim card like a regular esim card, so I can't just use my phone to scan a qr code and load a sim card from a different provider. There is a workaround this issue by using the eiotclub card reader ( I purchased the kit that comes with sim card and card reader), this will allow me to load any esim from any provider but a pc or laptop is needed. Actually I am not sure it will work with any provider/service as I have only tested one provider. if you are travelling without a laptop and your phone doesn't show esim settings to allow you to load an esim from a qr code, then you would not be able to use this sim card. Update: recently purchased a 9esim card from AliExpress for a very cheap price, and the card works better. The 9esim software is superior than the eiotclub software because it has Sim card management option that allows you to scan a qr code of esim using only your phone and can instantly activate an esim with your phone only. You don't need a card reader or a computer with 9esim to activate esim subscription.

No sirve para nada, lo compré para poder dar de alta una esim ATT y no se puede, solo sirve para los servicios de su propia marca y solo para datos. Deberían especificar, eso es publicidad engañosa. Merjor comprar esim de las compañías establecidas que son más baratas y sirven para todo, llamadas, datos y mensajería. No caigan en el engaño.
