I have been using this product for a couple of years with no side effects. I developed some problems with my legs a couple of years ago from taking a tonic prepared by an acupuncturist/herbalist. It {the tonic} helped with my pain but caused a nasty side effect of leg swelling, poor circulation and spider veins all over my thighs. Needless to say, I stopped taking the concoction but had a hard time fixing my legs. After doing a ton of research on the internet, I found this product to have several of the ingredients I had determined I needed, and the price was less expensive than buying them separately. It took a few months of taking 2-3 pills a day, but it did work and now my legs look great. I have since been taking 1 pill a day for maintenance. It also made a swollen lymph node I had for a long time, that I was concerned about finally go away. I ordered some for my mom after she had 2 knee replacements and had difficulty with recovery and had several painful varicose veins in her legs. She started out taking 4 a day and is now taking 3 a day, and has shown significant improvement in the appearance of her legs as well as the pain and discomfort.

now for me its helping as after doing construction for most my life i have one leg with bad vericose veins and knot of them just to left of my kneecap. remember nothing is overnight so a few weeks of daily taking them i can say that the large knot i had is about 70% gone!! all the other knots under my skin are well half the size. now this is impressive to me. at this rate it may take not take to much longer a few months but wow what a difference has made for me and already ordered another bottle. remember if you can see them then theres one you cant so may take a bit of time to repair all the damaged veins . however i have seen enough to keep using as it since this the only thing i have done different to treat them. i can only speak for my results .

I've used this product FOR YEARS! Usually purchase on IHERB.COM - Cheaper. Great for my tired legs. I have small spider veins and they disappear with this. I'm 43 and have always had that problem - red head - fair skin. I have leg pulses in my legs from poor circulation and I usually take this before bed to help me sleep. Have also had some hemorrhoids and they disappear when I take this daily. When I don't they start to want to appear. Just a wonderful product. Not sure about varicose veins but heard it helps but doesn't cure it. Highly recommend. And my vascular surgeon totally recommends horse chestnut which is what this product is essentially but I like the other ingredients in it also. And bonus it keeps me regular. So if you don't need that just watch your dose.

I have used Diosmin in the past and noticed it faded spider veins. I stopped taking it out of laziness last year and recently realized that my spider veins have gotten more noticeable again. I started taking this product, which is a different brand than I took before and I am impressed with how quickly my veins have faded - less than 3 weeks of use. I did take double the dose for the first two weeks and now I am down to 2 pills a day which is the recommended dose. I was taking 2 in the morning and 2 with dinner but now I take two in the morning only. I don't know if it is because my body is used to this supplement and it just responded quickly as a result or if this is a superior product to the other brand I took before, but that brand took 4 to 6 months for me to show any fading. The veins are still there but they definitely are lighter and less noticeable. After having 5 kids I need all the help I can get! You have to be patient with these kinds of supplements and give it a while. I am so glad that I was patient the first time around or I would never have seen results.

I was in so much pain, my leg had gotten so bad it protruded over an inch out of my leg. Every time I stood up the pain was excruciating for about 1 minute til I could walk on it. My daughter is a pharmacist and suggested Doismin. I ordered this one due to the good reviews. The day after I took one pill, the pain the next morning was very minimal. I have been taking 1 pill in morning and 1 pill at night for 3 weeks now. The vein has shrunk considerably and I developed 7 sore hard lumps which are also slowly disappearing, down to 4 today. Now about 10 days ago I also started drinking about 1 tsp of the famous vinegar (with the mother) every morning so that could be helping also. Other things I am doing are exercising laying down to not put stress on it, putting leg up several times a day and not wearing any constrictive clothing. I believe the constrictive clothing has caused my veins, tight jeans and support pantyhose. Hope this helps someone.

After almost a week of use and 4 days of high doses (4 pills ) and now after 2 a day combined with dr butlers ointment I’m in the road finally to recovery from 3 very painful inflamed external hemmeroids. They went from the size of 3 peas (like half a grape ) to the size of 1 pea. This stuff really works. It no longer feels like I have marbles in my rectum anymore. A friend of mine recommended this and told me it was a miracle to cure his hemorrhoids.Unfortunately, it does not work for me at all.
