I’ve been taking this magnesium citrate consistently and it definitely keeps me regular without being harsh. I started taking magnesium about a year ago. at first I tried different brands, but I stuck with this one. Mainly, because I just need to take one. I usually take at night, before bed. Before taking magnesium, I used to have a lot of joint pain, especially after exercising. The next day soreness felt heavier and more uncomfortable. After I started taking magnesium consistently, I noticed a big difference. The pain decreased, and I didn’t feel as sore after workouts. Another thing I noticed is that I used to crave chocolate all the time. Since taking magnesium, my chocolate cravings have significantly decreased, which was honestly surprising. I don’t necessarily believe there’s one “perfect” brand. I think it really depends on how your body responds. Try one brand consistently for at least three months and pay attention to how you feel. Then, if you want, you can try another and compare. The best one is the one that makes you feel better. I hope this helps!
