Vuelta SE Flat 104mm/BCD Chainring

I was looking for a good quality 34T mtb chainring for a home grown 2X9 setup, to give me a little more spread between the lowest and highest gears. These chainrings are very lightweight aluminum (unlike most middle rings in this price range, which are heavy stamped steel). The ramps and pins work very well; shifting from the small ring to this ring is really smooth and easy. It also looks good, much nicer than similarly priced chainrings from Shimano or SRAM. I don't know how long it will last, but I imagine it should be comparable to other 7075 aluminum rings. I'll report back in six months.

I was all excited to find a 5 bolt chainring for my old XT crankset.As the listing says "Fits 5-arm shimano-type LX/xt/XTR M960, middle/outer position". Which does actually measure to 104mm (although that is not the true BCD.)Alas, I received a standard 4 bolt 104. Maybe I'm in the wrong, but at any rate, the search continues and the well machined hunk of metal goes back........Looks well made enough, just don't fit.

Replaced a FSA 104 38 with this 40 and picked up a couple more miles per hour (albeit requires a tad more peddling power). Sturdy, quality construction, easy to put on right over my peddle and crank.

I took the plunge and purchased this chainring despite having a suspension seat-post as the product image, knowing that Amazon would pull through just in case. I bought the 32T 104BCD matched with some Deore LX Hollowtech II cranks and a BBG sandwich combo.It's a nice chainring that went great with my 1x9 setup on my Specialized Stumpjumper 29er FSR.

Not super strong, but I am pretty fat.

Mounted right up to my Ritchey cranks, no issues whatsoever. Works great with my KMC chain. Can't beat the price. And made in the USA!

It was not straight. There was a major wobble in tue chainring. Disappointed because the return window has passsed

I run 22-42 on my recumbent and this works smoothly.On the page where you buy there are two different chainwheels and some have bought the black one thinking it to be the same as the silver , it is not. Look closely.

Wanted a slightly higher gear on my mountain bike after converting it to an ebike. Wasn't sure the extra 4? teeth would make a difference but it definitely did. Quality part, well machined and detailed. I ride every day so appreciate well engineered products. I would definitely buy it again, or even a slightly larger one if they had it
