Nifty USB hub, arrived on time, works perfectly, happy customer.

The device itself works fine. USB, HDMI, USB PD is ok so far. But as was mentioned in other reviews the network just stops working after some time (hour or so).

This hub’s ports and features all work well with my iPad Pro M2 2022. However for this review I will concentrate on the video element as this is very important and impressive. When using iPads that have USB C for connecting to monitors or TVs via HDMI, it can be very hit or miss and usually it’s a miss. Most HDMI interfaces used with iPads aren’t fully DP compatible, which means that the picture going to your TV or monitor with have black bars at the top and bottom of the picture, this is called letter-boxing. This hub does not have letterboxing and does give a full height output when the iPad is in its standard mirrored mode. You will of course have black bars to the sides, this is usually called pillar-boxing. This is normal when the iPad’s screen is being mirrored. However, with the wrong cable, adapter, hub or dock, you will get both the letterbox and pillarbox effect which greatly reduces the visible screen area on your mirrored output. This hub does not do that, which is awesome. Also, this hub works perfectly in Stage Manager mode on compatible iPads. Again, awesome. For me personally, the video functionality of this hub make it worth the money. However, paired with the functionality of the ports, this is a fantastic USB C hub for any iPad that has USB C.

I've had mine for a little over a year. It has been used on MacBook Air M2 and various Windows and Linux laptops. I have had no problems with the unit. I have used every port on the device. I recommend this unit. A better unit may be available now, but you'll have to do the research yourself.

Recibido en buen estado y funcionando normalmente sin problemas una vez conectado . En mi experiencia en el uso de estos dispositivos, conectados en red ethernet, a veces cuando desconectas el ordenador para usarlo en modo portátil y posteriormente vuelves a conectarlo, se producen incidencias en la velocidad de la red que exigen conectar y desconectar, una especie de reseteo, hasta que las cosas se restablecen. En este equipo, por el momento, no se me ha producido esta incidencia. Todo en orden.
