I wanted to like this product, but the build quality is simply not there, and the customer service is a total nightmare to deal with. ​The Issue: After a very minor drop (less than a foot), the product casing completely separated. This wasn't a high-impact shatter. The components simply came apart, which points to a major manufacturing or adhesive quality issue rather than "physical damage." ​The Support Experience: I reached out to "Hammer Support," and it was like talking to a wall. Despite explaining the situation clearly and providing photos/videos, they repeatedly sent the exact same canned response: "Physical damages are not covered under warranty." They refused to acknowledge that a product should be able to withstand basic daily handling. They should have offerd a refund. ​The "Discount" Trap: Don't be fooled by the massive, double-digit discounts. Hammer uses these "deals" to lure you in, but the product isn't even worth the discounted price. For the same amount of money, you can get much higher-quality earbuds from brands like Honor or other established names. ​The Lack of Accountability: They finally asked me to ship it back at my own expense just to "check it," while still insisting that if they find any "damage" (the very reason I'm contacting them), they won't help. ​Verdict: Beware of the marketing. They would rather argue with customers using copy-paste scripts than fix a clear manufacturing flaw. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually stands behind their warranty.

The first look and feel of this tws is awesome, built quality looks premium, sound quality much better than expected, all features working fine.battery back up is ok, anc and transparency mode also working fine.overall a good value for money.

This is one of the worst products I have ever used. The earbuds are absolutely not worth the price. They frequently lose connectivity on their own, the sound quality is poor, and the battery drains very quickly. Overall, a highly disappointing experience and not recommended at all.

Sound, quality and noise cancellation works perfectly. Issue in the sensor touch in tws. When you took out of ear it will pause when you place in table it will play. Sensor sensitivity is too high tough to handle.
