Got these for my wife for her birthday. She really loves how precise they are and uses them for floral arrangements for church and also used them to trim up our spiral arborvitae tree. She loves the sharpness and precision and that the blades seem pretty hard and resistant to deformation. If she's happy, I'm happy!

Love these utility scissors. They are very multifunctional and so wonderful that my husband keeps “borrowing” them for his work bench in the garage. I love the built-in sharpener.

Pretty high quality for Fiskars and great utility. They are sharp and the little ceramic rods help keep them that way. I like the little swooshy spot on the blade that makes cutting rope easy. (I have a sailboat and have been replacing the running rigging - much cutting!) I use the wire cutter to pull the whipping needle. I haven't really used the detachable knife blade other than just fooling with it as I have a real knife, but I can see that it might be handy if the scissors were all you had within reach. I haven't used the bottle opener and am not sure why they went to such trouble to put it there, but it doesn't detract from anything. I like the hard case because it means I can just throw these scissors into my tool bag and not worry about them being damaged or damaging anything else. And yet I can withdraw the scissors from the case one-handed if I suddenly realize I need them. I have yet to figure out what that little protrusion on the bottom of the hard case is for...

These shears are so handy. They come in a nice, sturdy case. The shears are perfect for everything from simple deadheading blooms to trimming back small stems and such. My husband reaches for them quite often and really likes the serrated edge. Very pleased with the quality and weight. Very well thought out tool. Excellent investment.

This is more of a knife that is also a clipper. The outside edges of the blades are very sharp, I have to be careful not to cut myself!I have used it for 2 weeks on my job in the gardening industry and it has come in handy for cutting open bags, cutting twine, trimming flowers and small shrubs . It does not replace heavy duty pruners for bigger branches.It is so sharp it has caused the included holster to fray. That being said, always put it away in the holster when not in use to protect yourself or unsuspecting person from cutting themselves!

These are amazing! This is my second set. The first has served as kitchen shears for the last ten years, still going strong, sharp as ever. This second set is for a trauma kit I’ll be keeping in my truck for emergency use. The two pieces separate easily without tools for cleaning and sharpening/maintenance, or use as knives individually. They come with a sheath that also serves as a sharpener. They can be had for a little over twenty bucks and are widely available. No affiliation, no commission. Just love these damn things. Excellent general purpose shears.

I've bought probably close to 10 different types of pruners and hoof trimmers for my goats. These are way better than the actual hoof trimmers or any pruners I've bought. They stay sharp for way longer and the size allows you to be more precise than a lot of the other brands.
