I’ve read a lot about how our brain ages and what supplements help your brain/mind stay healthy. There are many supplements available but from what I’ve read, there are some key ingredients that are recommended. Some supplements are quite expensive, but this brand is very reasonable and has all the important ingredients. I’ve only been taking it for a couple weeks but I do notice that I’m more focused. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to help prevent the effects that aging has on the brain. I’m not saying it can prevent dementia and/or Alzheimer’s, but it can’t hurt.

I love focus factor!

I’ve been ordering Focus Factor for about six years. I’ve never had an issue before but in the last year I’ve noticed a huge difference in the capsule itself. Sometimes the vitamins will be light brown and other times it will be dark brown with even darker brown specks. I also find the darker ones (which is the entire bottle, not only a few) smell HORRIBLE. I understand the fish type smell; however, the last Focus Factor I received smells like must and baking flour. This has been my daily supplement for years. I am thinking of finding something else that the quality is at least consistent.
