This is such a cool idea! The app and Tutorials are working perfectly so far. Lots of free patterns and clear instructions on each pattern within the app! My daughter is so excited to have this help her expand her bracelet making abilities.Regarding customer service... the shipping took longer than expected. However, when I emailed the company for updates, they were super responsive and very helpful. Overall awesome product and great customer service.

I received the i-Loom today and my daughter was super excited to get started, but what a surprise, we were not able to get past the tutorial, which the app continually crashed and had to restart it again. We decided to skip the tutorial and try to figure it out ourselves, but in the middle of making a bracelet it crashed again. They last time they updated the App was in 2016, so I guess they don't put a lot of effort on keeping the app funcional. Without the app, the whole device is considered unusable. Don't waste you money !!!!!. I returned it to Amazon the next day I got it.

This product works great with my Samsung Tab A! I've always wanted to make friendship bracelets, but could never get them right. This is great because it shows me, step-by step how to make beautiful, unique bracelets. I'm very happy with this product.

So I wanted to try this and see what the difficulty level would be before considering purchasing a few for my nieces.I purchased it through the Amazon warehouse, it was described as an open/damaged box but new not used item.I received it, was excited to try it out and see what all could be done with it.It wasn't new, it was used and it was missing parts and items along with the instructions and had a half made bracelet on it.I'm giving it three stars because I didn't get to use it. The concept sounds good and it seemed as the bracelet making could be done as long as you have your iPad, or tablet that has Google play on it so you can download the app that shows you how to create the bracelets.The app is not compatible with the Amazon fire tablet, unless you are able to download the Google play app. You are given just a few create a bracelet files, the rest you have to purchase once you earn the medals/badges to level up. You earn medals/badges when completing a bracelet.I won't be purchasing this after all. The concept is a good idea, but the fact your child will have to constantly 'Earn' medals/badges just to be able to purchase files seems like the company is just making it harder for a child to create a bracelet and only after money. I wouldn't recommend this.

Very cool and creative gift. Took a few tries to figure out how to get it started but once we got it right it was great. Fun. Creative. Good for boys or girls.

Way overpriced but I absolutely love it. I am able to do very complex patterns. A very good way to learn and have fun.

The point of this device is to have guidance through the app on an iPad. App does not work, making it unusable. Waste of money and most disappointing birthday gift for my daughter.

Great gift for my 12 year old daughter. She got it as a Christmas gift and still playing with it 2 months later.

Dieses Produkt ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen.1.) Diese App existiert nicht mehr im Appstore -> ergo ist das Produkt nutzlos.2.) eine Rücksendung würde den Produktpreis übersteigen -> also quasi rausgeschmissenes Geld.3.) das würde ich nicht mal meinem schlimmsten Feind schenken.Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht. Die Anleitung war erst nachzuvollziehen nachdem man mit der logik eines Erwachsenen rangegangen ist. (Nagut das erklärt den Hinweis das man das unter aufsicht eines Erwachsenen benutzen sollte)Ich kann hier nur jedem ans Herz legen dieses Produkt nicht zu kaufen, damit Ihr nicht auch enttäuscht werdet.Allerdings wäre es auch toll, sollte Amazon diese Möglichkeit haben, wenn solche Produkte getestet und nach möglichkeit aus dem Verkehr gezogen werden könnten.

Not often I find something negative to review. This may be the first. It's requires an ipad to be able to use it. I had one available. Installed the app but cannot get app to work. I have found there is no support available and the problems with the app are not uncommon. Its a waste of money and after purchase the link to complain about the product had been removed. Really I wish there was a zero star rating
