After buying the plate, utensils and placemat set (which are charming!), I purchased an extra set of utensils so that the children would have a set at home and at their grandparent's house. They are well made and the "pusher" is a great tool.

We have a very young special needs grandchild who is having trouble eating. These provide a lot of tactile interest that make our grandchild want to hold them, which is a step in the right direction. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the tines on the fork are really, really pointy, so that we worried of self-injury for a very young child just learning to eat. For our older grandchild it was fine.

I bought this silverware along with the plate for my granddaughter and she loves them! Whoever came up with this idea was a genius! She wants to use them at every meal, they make eating easy, they can go in the dishwasher and microwave, and they are very durable.

Cute but spoon is too flat and small.

Made very sturdy and the right size for a 3-4 year old. She loved them and wanted to keep eating.....
