As described. Satisfied with function.
For the money, it's a really good addition to your home gym. My bench arrived, red, and exactly as pictured. It is very sturdy; once assembled, I had no wobbling ( I am 5 ft 4 and 140-150) My husband also tested it (5 ft 11 210 ) and was able to do presses without the bench moving. The bench comes with the legs folded under the padded parts. You unfold it and then either insert the bolts (if the bench is going to stay assembled) or put the pins in those slots (if the bench is to be folded and stored) All my hardware was included, with extra tools. The pins are tough and require a bit of oomph to open and shut.

Does what I need
I shopped around for several benches and ended up settling on this bench due to the price, and the fact that it folded. I looked at many, many competitor benches (Bowflex, Marcy, Golds Gym, stuff from Dicks, etc.) and couldn't find really exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something that did full incline and decline. That was a must. I wanted something that had around a 400lb capacity so I could use it for dumbbells plus my weight. Something that would adjust easy would be great. And folding would be great. This bench fit the bill, but its not perfect. It came nearly fully assembled. All I had to do was either install the bolts that were included, or use the pin that came with it for fast breakdown. That is great! One common complaint is that the bench is narrow. It is narrow, but to do dumbbell exercises I didn't feel that it needed to be large. I'm an average sized guy, but if you were larger I would try it out first. Another complaint is that it would be short. I can see this one a bit easier. I am about 5'11 and I have to scoot down quite a bit.One thing that I didn't really like is that there is no tab to lock the bench in the fully upright position. It does stop in the upright position, but if you wobbled back and forth I think you could ride it back to the next tab.Another thing to keep in mind is that if you want to use it for decline lunges it is a bit unstable. But again its not designed for that.

Excellent product for the intended purpose.
There's virtually NO setup required. Quality of construction seems excellent right down to the finish coat of paint. Packaging was well-designed and the product arrived in good condition - and in record time. Each leg has three possible positions and the seat back has four. There are temporary "pins" to position the legs (for those who want to collapse the bench for storage), and permanent nuts/bolts (for those who do not - and who don't expect to change leg position). My only criticism is the "Owner's Manual" they send with this thing. It consists mostly of "ass-covering" legalese and provides almost NO useful information - - particularly none regarding why one might want to use the three different leg positions possible for each of the legs. I guess they think this would be superfluous.

Great for a home gym
If you have been looking for a good, solid bench for your home gym than this is it. I bought this for my home gym and I absolutely am impressed by it. It's very sturdy when flat and incline bench pressing. Quality seems great. However it is a short bench. I am 5'7" and the bench just fits me. I think if I were any taller I would have issues. 4 star rating is due to the legs. I used the permanent setup but just getting the thing out the box was like fitting a two year old. If I wasn't careful I got a good wack to the leg. I can only imagine the many beatings and finger pin hints I would get if I had to put the bench away. But I don't and it's great none the less.

Get this if you want to be space conscious. It's good for the price and will fit at the foot of your bed
This is great for the price. I'm not mechanically minded. I was able to put it together, the directions are awful in my opinion. I had to look at photos of the finished product to see how it went together. It's very simple though, you just need to put in the hinges and it's good to go. The hinges go in and out very easily but be careful not to smash your fingers. ( Which could happen if you're no careful, when I first got it I almost got my finger.)It is narrow and very space conscious so if you're 7 feet tall I would not really recommend this bench. I'm 5 foot 6 and I sit on the edge and let my legs hang over the side, even so if I shift too much my head won't even fit on the bench laying down. You do tend to shift because there's nothing to hold your feet down on the ground. But, I do love doing sit ups on this bench. I feel that it's a great bench for the price. It fits at the end of my bed, and a chair fits next to that and there's room to spare. It's sleek and folds up great. I can fit it on the side of my very small closet vertically when the hinge joints are out. ( Which come out with a little work, but it's no big deal...)I should say even when assembled it fits at the foot of my bed ( which is a King's size bed) easily and there's plenty of room to spare. It does what it's supposed to do, and it's great for short people, not sure if taller people would get as much out of it. It doesn't feel like trash, and it lets me get my work out in, it's sturdy...for me atleast.

4.5 Stars
Really solid construction, folds up nicely to slide under a bed or other piece of furniture if it has enough clearance. If storing on its end, it would need bungee cords as it uses gravity to remain folded. Also love the black and deep red color scheme. The only reason for a four star review instead of five (and I'd prefer to say 4.5), is that the back component does not lay completely flat ever simply due to the design, the lowest it can be is at a 5-10° angle. Nothing overwhelmingly problematic, just something to note.Additionally I would prefer some manner of locking mechanism when adjusting the angle of the back, for safety reasons, and not simply using the pressure/weight of the back itself and the individual seated on it.

Does not fit under bed as expected, there is a slight incline that prevents it from stowing away.I am very dissatisfied.

Very sturdy.
Very sturdy bench for the price. My son is a big teenager at 5’11” and 240. No issues at all and it supports him easily. He uses it every day with his dumbbell work out.

Works great
I’m really happy with my bench. Very sturdy, doesn’t take up much space and easy to adjust. Just wish it would collapse enough to slide under my bed.
