Dark Chocolate Sauce - 1.89L

This is the best chocolate sauce! I have tried many different ones and this is the best. I like the Hollander Caramel but Monin Dark Chocolate. Makes great caramel/mocha coffee drinks. Thick but mixes well and not too sweet. Have ordered many times and it comes packaged well with no leaks. My main issue is the Monin pump. I use this just about every day - sometimes skip a few days here or there. Over time, the pump (not included) gets a hardened build-up which makes it harder and harder to dispense. Every so often I just take a fork or something and clean the end. Probably just a normal fault of chocolate sauce which hardens. Not a knock or anything but just an FYI. I cannot take any stars for this as it's the pump not the sauce. -Side note, the old Hollander pumps used to have a rubber tip which 'closed' the tip immediately after use - but the new ones don't. Probably that would have been a good addition to the pump but I digress. The pump includes a detached cap which I should probably use but who wants to do that?

We use this for homemade mochas, ice cream, to drizzle on fruit and so on. It's delicious, with a rich flavor that's not too sweet. Great value for purchase.

I decided to try this gourmet dark chocolate sauce after noticing the same brand being used at a local coffee shop. The flavour is rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced; not overly sweet, just a nice deep chocolate taste. A little goes a long way, so this bottle will last me quite a while. I’ve been using it to make mocha coffees at home, and they’ve turned out absolutely amazing, just like something you’d get at a café. Since then, I’ve also noticed this brand at several other coffee shops I visit, which speaks to its quality. Tastes like a high-end product. Highly recommend for anyone who loves café-style drinks at home.
