I don’t normally write reviews but this product is amazing! These are the best tasting gummies that I’ve ever had and they are effective. My kids love them. We have a neurodivergent household with ADHD and autism. So on a regular day there is melt downs, anxiousness, irritability, high energy, sleepless nights…it’s a lot. I wanted to see if I could introduce a candy like supplement that I don’t need to fight them over taking. I found it! Finding this supplement with all of the other vitamins I was looking to introduce for one reason or another is wonderful! Now I have to hide them because they love them. Everyone is able to easily fall asleep, less anxiousness and more calm. As a mother, I struggle with keeping my cool at times and I can just be overwhelmed and irritated with all of the noise. I notice I have more patience and stay much calmer to all of the chaos. I give these a 10 out of 10!!!!

The gummies were so stuck together they were unusable.

The taste of these gummies don't have any chalky taste but almost similar to the candy gummies. Nothing too sugary either, which is great. As for the ease of taking these, all I do is take 2 a day and done. I do like that I can either take these with food or without. The size of these gummies are not too big either. What I can say for sure, after taking these, I'm noticing that I'm not having as many muscle cramps when I'm working out or while I'm sleeping. That was one of the first things I noticed the first week of taking these. The other thing I noticed after 1-2 weeks of taking these is I'm having a lot more energy than I'm normally used to and the only thing that's changed were adding these to my multivitamin regimen. Super easy to take and will continue to take these too!

Well, I, like most people, notice things starting to weaken like my vision and my stress management abilities seem to have flown out the window and I don’t sleep as well either. Well, I don’t want foul tasting vitamins but these gummies are doing the trick for me. They taste great, and I simply pop two in and chew them before bedtime and after the last couple of weeks, I am noticing a positive difference.They are made with saffron, ashwagandha, L-Theanine, rhodiola, St. John's wort, lemon balm, and vitamins and minerals such as vitamin D3, B6, magnesium, and zinc. My sleep has improved, my overall mood has improved and I find I am not using my glasses as often as I was and can sit back in the evening and relax watching television without my glasses.

Gummies are ridiculously stuck/clumped together and hard to get out, especially if you have big hands/fingers. If not for that they'd be fine.

Gummies came and were I guess manufactured poorly or melted at some point. They are crunchy and gummy at the same time. The consistency is gross.

I love the tase and I seem to have more energy when taking them. I sleep well at night and wake up refreshed.
