Faulty grip
Good product. Took off a star because my hand keeps sliding up and getting burned. Needs a rubber guard, the plastic ridge isn't tall enough and has some slip.

Don't buy
I did not like this hair straightener. It has a dial temperature setting. Not digital. It lools cheap and feels cheap. I have thick hair and it did't work. Even on the higher setting. Don't waste your money. Spend a little more money on a better one. The only plus is it does heat fast.
