Simple set up and easy to use. Definitely for the size of tank stated, not larger

While the filter is very powerful it keeps my tank clean and it very quiet, I don’t suggest using it with sand tho because it does push the sand way to much, as long as you face it like I have mine it isn’t overwhelming for the turtle and it is easy to just hide in a corner, not to bulky. *UPDATE* I really enjoyed the pump but if you decide to get one just buy new sponges when it’s time to change it because they get disgusting but it’s easy to disassemble just not to clean, great product though

This pump is a bit too strong for my 20 gal tank. Better for a small pond

I don't normally write reviews but felt I should for this one. I own a swimming turtle and this filter works amazing. The water stays clear and clean for weeks. Some reviews said it was loud but I can't hear it at all. Easy to assemble and easy to clean. It does have to be funny submerged to work properly.

I like that it works well maybe yoo well. I gave a 5 gal it's too powerful for one this size, my frog gets tossed around and the food as well, not sure if it adjustable. I can't find any place to do so. It is good and I recommend if you have a larger tank but, I will gave to get something less powerful too given my frog some peace .
