I received my Cold Pod in record time from my friendly Amazon driver and was excited to get it set up. The pod comes neatly in a handy bag with a small manual pump to inflate the upper ring of the pod. This beauty is super simple and quick to set up(instructions included for those who may need them). 11 minutes to fill, add a block of ice, get in and feel the benefits. I had my first go(10 minutes), an hour before bed and it was the best night’s sleep I’ve had for a long long time. I have used the pod every day for a week and I’m not feeling sluggish, I feel more pro-active and niggling aches are disappearing. Super sturdy Doesn’t take up too much room or look out of place in the garden Portable(can’t wait to take it camping with us) Great thermal cover, the water’s temperature doesn’t rise, even with the beauty sunshine this weekend. Kids love it, we’ve all had fun timing each other, who can stay in the longest. Great fun, great benefits. Super happy customer.

Absolutely love my cold pod ice bath. Took me 5 minutes to set up easy instructions and the pump that comes with it to blow the inflatable ring at the too which is a great addition when it comes to set up. The handy carry bag it comes in when you first get it out of the box is so small I wondered how big the actual tub would be but once I got it out and set up I quickly realised the tub is massive and can easily fit in and dunk my full body no trouble. Very happy with it and when it's packed down in to the carry case it's nice and compact and I can take it anywhere. Cannot wait to keep using it and learn more about the benefits. I've been training hard lately and getting straight in to this after a hard run or ride helps me to feel refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend the cold pod. Oh and FYI the thermal cover is nice and light and easy to put on once you're done. Give it a go you won't be disappointed

Owned my plunge pod for a few months now and use it most days. I chose this one as its a UK based company and frankly did'nt want 2 months for it to arrive. This was literally next day delievery which was a bonus. Easy to fill up, drain and clean. Usually change the water every week as it does get abit grimey after a while. Suprisingly roomy, i am 6ft 2 and the water, when full is up to my neck. Great bit of kit, easy to assemble and use. The only downsides are the fact it doesnt stay that cold when hot outside. Once filled up its usually around the 14 degree mark, once the suns been on it for a day it creeps up to around 20 degrees, so not really a cold pod. But in the cooler weather, it works as it should. Could maybe do with a extra thermo lid like other conpanies use? All in all happy with my purchase

This product is well made with what feels like high quality materials. It looks a lot better than other cold tubs on the market and is a luxurious upgrade coming from a plastic tub. I wish I chose this straight away. The set up was really easy and only took a couple of minutes. There is also an easy to follow start up guide. I am about 5"10 and when sat fully onto the bottom I am covered up to my chin with plenty of room around me unlike other products where I have found I am cramped up by my legs while crouching down. there is padding on the bottom which was very comfortable to sit in as well as in inflatable neck rest around the top of the ring. The lid is easy to apply and secured on with a drawstring. The valve allows easy emptying of the cold tub with an attachable hose (just make sure you close it before filling the tub unlike me). Everything was packaged very professionally with everything I needed including a bag for easy storage. Very prompt delivery I could not recommend this product enough!

I’ve been eyeing up an ice bath for a while and this one has been a great addition to my recovery routine. I used to take cold showers, but since moving house, my new shower just doesn’t get cold enough to be effective. This ice bath solves that problem. It arrived in a handy carry case and was really easy to set up and fill. The first dip definitely felt cold, but I’m still working on how to get the water colder consistently, particularly during the colder weather. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase, but a few design tweaks could make it even better, e.g. improved thermal covering without having to buy separate wrap. Great customer service, when I had an issue, this was resolved immediately. Highly recommend!

I was a bit apprehensive about cold water therapy. I’ve had a go in the Welsh mountains but it’s a good 1.5hour drive to get there. But the Cold Pod is the perfect solution because I can just set it up in my garden. It’s a brilliant and well thought out product - even the packaging has been well thought out. It takes 5 minutes to set up, the manual is clear and easy to read, too. It is the perfect solution for beginners and more advanced podders. It’s big enough to comfortably dip in but compact enough to fit even in the smallest of outdoor spaces. I would thoroughly recommend purchasing from The Cold Pod, you will not be disappointed.

Great quality, good packaging but the lid has a mesh hole in it and Unfortunately I think this Will let rain water in and other things like moss and dirt. I think this could help speed up the degrade of the water in the pod. So I wasn’t able to use as I need to find one with a solid lid Wasn’t able find an option to send the seller a message so only option is to set up a return 🙁 Fantastic packaging and looks really good quality!

Really good bath, great quality and I can sit in it, I’m 185cm. Worth the money.

The tub arrived with no lid. There was no logo on the side and the inside colour was different to the image. I assembled it and it felt very flimsy, it didn’t resemble the picture at all, or a tub for that matter- it looked kind of like a deflated bouncing castle. I filled it with water to see if that added any rigidity or structure, and it did not. The tap at the bottom leaked. Honesty, this tub is worth about €20 at most. Don’t waste your money, get something else. A barrel maybe. A barrel would feel more luxurious . I’m returning the tub. P.S. seriously, the barrel wouldn’t need to be new or even clean to achieve a more luxurious feeling than this product.

Das Produkt kam kompakt und handlich im Paket an. Das packet war unversehrt. Der Aufbau des ICE Pools war spielend einfach. Das bekommt jeder hin. Das aufpusten des oberen Rings ging mit der mit gelieferten Pumpe einfach. Das Wasser einfach bequem ek füllen und Spaß haben.
