This helps make the BEST Spicy Mayo possible.
This is a kickass sauce on its own, but what makes it an even bigger banger is the fact that it helps make THE BEST spicy mayo. I make my own kewpie mayonnaise for most uses so I also use that as the baseline for spicy mayo and this Seoul Kimchi Sauce is THE most necessary requirement for it. You want to make a Korean themed marinade to marinate beef, bison, bear, wild game meats, or poultry? Use this, it will work and give you an excellent extra kick and some other beautiful flavors to boot. Want to make your own customized burger sauce with a spicy, savory kick? Use this stuff, it works.

Nice flavor though not Kimchi.
Nice flavor with a decent kick though I wouldn’t call it Kimchi at all. Tastes a bit like sweet and spicy Korean sauce that is used on the chicken wings.

Delicious!
Whether drinking it, using it as a salad dressing, or as a dinner flavor enhancer, this stuff is great. Wish they would sell this in bigger bottles because it doesn't last long.

WEAK SAUCE!!
I looove Korean hot sauce and power. However, this sauce is a complete lie. It says "Spicy" on the label, but it is discernible. Literally could give this to a child as juice because there is not even a touch of spiciness to it. The flavor is good at least. It has the right taste to it. Just sad that it isn't spicy. If you have Gochujang paste or powder, I guess you could add it to this to make it spicy.... but then you might as well just eat pure Gochujang paste. Definitely will not buy it again.

Great taste but not what I thought it was.
I bought this thinking it would taste like kimchi without the cabbage ( and the fermentation). It taste good and I have added it to a few recipes but it doesn't remind me of loco at all. It isn't hot either, I expected the same heat I would get from the hot kimchi from the same company but there is little to no heat in this sauce.
