The bag is some generic bag that does not say ...
The bag is some generic bag that does not say "Beneficer" It says "Hemificer". There are no instructions included for the exercises. Very possible to hurt yourself vs help yourself if you don't know how many reps or which piece to use. Also it WILL NOT ARRIVE in two days prime. Just so you know

Cheaply made, but considering the price it is decent.
The hand grips are cheaply made, granted the kit is affordable considering all that is include. The stress ball and ring are pleasant but the piece that is placed around your finger tips is not.

There were no instructions as to how to use the devices. I did find some stuff on YouTube and a coworker happens to be a former physical therapist.
