It wasn't the same
I purchased this shampoo for my grandson, he has naturally curly hair. The seal was broken, which means the shampoo was open, the cost was not the problem, the shampoo seemed to make his hair hard, I thought I had done something wrong, but I tried it on my hair and I had the same problem. Previously purchased the same product from a Beautician, so I was so sure it would be the same, but this product was not the same, it made the hair hard, and unmanageable. PS it's still in the cabinet. No wonder the price has gone down.

Expired products.
This was ruining my boyfriend's hair (these products were for him) and months later we realized they were expired.

There is no pump
The bottle doesn't come with the pump. How can I suppose to use it?????????
