The perfect pack!
Arrived quickly and was extremely comfortable. I’m 6’ 2 and 160lbs held everything I could need and more. Very adjustable and well made. Will update in a few weeks.Update: have been on 4 hike in camp trips and 3 long day hikes. Still very happy.Hiked in solid steady rain for 2 hours with no water intrusion. Plopped on the cover and trudged along. The pack carried very easily and have not had back problems from any trips. Averaging 25-30lbs on each trek.Update 4 months: many trips with this guy. Is holding up. Have not had any failures in seams etc. still very happy. Did an overnight with a 4 mile hike. Comfortable and holds anything I could need. Easily adjustable never any sway or give.Update 3: just got back from a week hiking sections of the AT and still over the moon! Loving this pack and all it can comfortably hold.

Great backpack!10/5/2017Steal for the buck. Let me be honest, this is not maxpedition or military grade backpack. Don't expect a $450 quality backpack by paying $70. This is a modern everyday backpack with some military and backpacking technology added to it. I'm intended to use this has a hiking pack and I'm pretty sure it will hold up, I've used cheaper backpacks that had hold on and this will not be a exception. this is not has good has a kelty or a gregory, but will do it's job. The fabric on it is medium wear resistant and light weight. The back pack is BIG, but with the straps you can adjusted to be a little more discrete. Love the military look on it and the color. The buckles seem normal, again not military grade if that is what you are looking for, I really don't think they are going to snap at all, but will edit the review if they do.The suspension system is nothing to be amazed by just a regular well functional one, straps are comfortable and well made, no stitching issues that I noticed. and finally the yellow reflective cover is snug, well measured and keeps the backpack 100% dry (With the exception of the straps obviously).I would put 4 stars out of 5 for quality concerns if I had payed like $150 for this backpack, believe me for $70 (That is what I payed) you are getting A LOT!I don't know who I will help with this review, but if you are a amateur outdoor enthusiastic I think this backpack is a excellent upgrade to your Jansport piece of crap backpack XD, no offense!Regards and happy buying!

Great pack bad buckles
This is a good pack! It's got a large compartment that can be accessed from the middle or the top of the pack. You can attach molle gear to it if you need more pockets. It's rugged and inexpensive. I've taken this pack on a few 2 and 3 day hikes. The straps are fully adjustable like on many high end packs. It is light rain resistant and I found that out unexpectedly as most weather on the trail. Which is great because it gives you time to put on the rain cover or seek shelter. The only downside is the buckles slip a lot and require constant adjustment. But you can fork out a few bucks at REI and get decent replacement on the main straps to solve this problem. No issues ever since.Who is this pack for? It's for anyone not trying to break their wallet. It's for anyone like me doesn't need a dozen little useless pockets. I keep everything in small waterproof bags to help keep my pack a as floatation device for stream fording.Who is it not for? Anyone needing multiple pockets for storage and absolutely critical about weight. This pack isn't heavy, but it's not light compared to other packs in its class. Just do more push-ups and squats and get stronger problem solved.

Needs modification to be reliable
The availability of MOLLE large hiking backpacks is pretty thin which is about the only reason I am keeping this and not returning it.I do like the size and layout of the compartments and the zippers while not great will likely hold up for awhile if caution and care are excercised in using. The MOLLE webbing itself also seems fairly strong so far on inspection though I have not used it yet.The biggest problems with this pack are the stitching and the buckles. The stitching on the grab handle (which is just a flimsy, thin fabric strap) failed on one side while pulling the new pack from the plastic packaging. A slight pull caused the other side to beging ripping. The main straps for the cinch downs and shoulders are also VERY poorly stitched and will fail easily.ALL of the buckles on this thing are a complete joke. The 5 dollar play purses and bags I used to buy for my kids when they were little were actually a better quality. These buckles are SO BAD and cheap I actually didn't realize that a buckle so pathetic even existed and I own a lot of gear.My only other complaint on this pack are the compartments in the padded waist band. The left side has a zippered pocket thats barely large enough for a small gps unit and the right side has a dual zippered bottle holder that is completely useless. It's so small and flimsy it would barely fit a beer can and I'm fairly confidant it would rip through in no time. I would have highly preferred a MOLLE platform on each side of the waist belt in lieu of these rediculous and pathetic little compartments.Since I do like the pack in design only for the MOLLE and large main compartments I plan on replacing all of the buckles and zipper pulls and re-stitching all of the straps (I use 30lb power pro braided fishing line for this) I'll also completely replace the flimsy grab handle by sewing on a heavy duty kayak grab handle.I personally would have preferred to pay double what this pack went for if it was built with enough quality to be reliable out of the box and not have to modify it.If you plan on taking this thing for any kind of an actual hike without reinforcing it you'll either have a very short trip and be leaving a pack in the woods or you'll have the worlds largest clutch purse until you walk out.

Worth every cent
This pack is a great buy. For how cheap it is, it does everything you need. The material, stitching and buckles are good and strong. Iv used it for a 3 day bush mission already and it went great. Heaps of room especially with all the molle pouches you can put on it.

Not 75L
Poorly made, typical of chinese made products, not as advertised in volume either.
