Good product for wifi backup for work from home requirement. if someone face frequent power cut then this product is good as it provide seamless and continuous wifi with no power cut issue. The customer support is good. Initially I received a damage product and when I contacted the customer care they arranged the replacement. cost effective also as its very mini and can be placed and installed with no difficulty.

Writing after setting this up after 3-4days. Manufacturing was of Mar this year (2M old). It was very easy to set up, just added it in between the adapter and router. Started working without any issues with my TPLink 12V/1A router. Tried switching off electricity and it worked without any issue for 2 Hours as expected, no interruptions.Good, acceptable product quality. I find it value for money.Something to improve: I would have been happy if it could at least show some indication that it is charging, has finished charging, is on battery by at least blinking the one light it has. Even some cheaper power banks can do this.

With a backup of 2 hours for your router, I would like to start by saying that this is the best product I have found. Since I bought this UPS, it has worked seamlessly. It is very simple to setup and have premium quality. Customer service has a been great.Only issue is that they will only last for a year so you will need to replace them yearly once.

Good product, been using it for a few weeks now on a Excitel router which did not have an inverter line back up, the shift to ups is seamless and so far haven't had a very long powercut to test it's battery life , but it's handling the intermittent cuts well and there is no router performance drop
