The bike's quality is lovely, and it feels smooth and new. It has two batteries, and the battery life is very long-lasting. The bike’s functionality is reliable; you can use it for anything. The bike is worth an investment. The bike is 37 miles per hour, which is very fast for me. However, assembling the bike is probably difficult, but you can do it with the help of YouTube or a friend.

Bought the bike from a different supplier, but same bike. The bike is great in the beginning, but once things start to break or need servicing, it's a pain. Needed a new front axle, so I ordered it from the official website and it doesn't even fit. The tires are EXTREAMLY hard to remove from the rim (thought I was losing it, but took it to a shop and they struggled). Charger died about 5 months into using it (only charging about every 3-4 days) and you can't purchase a replacement from the website....Also the company website has a "reviews" section, but it 404's when you try and go to it, which is sketch.Overall, it's a fine bike if you don't plan on using it much, or want it for the body and upgrade the rest a lot, but I 100% wish I spent my money elsewhere. And the mile range is about half of what it actually advertises.

So far, Very pleased!*Update 2 months later*Still very happy with it. The charged lasts as long as it says. Depending on how much you rely on turbo speed, you got plenty of energy for the day, maybe even 2. Now one thing I want to make clear, this bike is not like the Suron. It's fun and has speed, and will launch out of your hands if youre not ready. But that front tire stays on the ground. Not enough torge. But like I said, still very fast and fun. Also, way cheaper. Happy riding y'all, be safe.

My son loves it! Good battery life. 35mph. Easy to assemble. Brakes are great.

This is not even close to a dirt bike. If you plan on leaving the ground ( jumping ) do not buy! I was jumping small jumps and bent the swing arms and the crank so I can’t use the peddles.Only for joy riding on roads. Not enough power to use off road. I honestly wished I had saved the money and bought a real bike.

I am very disappointed in the quality of this product. I purchased in June of this year, gave it to my son for his birthday in July and by late July, the rear axel or bolt broke causing the bake wheel to lock down and my son couldn’t ride home.I am shocked to see the low quality metal and style that the bolt comes in because this point needs to be strong.I have contacted customer service and have yet to get a response. I’m not sure if they will do anything and I wish I could return it but they won’t even accept returns.What a waste of $1800.
