This stuff works like a charm! As long as you follow the directions and heat your oil up a bit first, then add the right amount of product (stir until dissolved), all will come out in one clump of gel. It solidifies perfectly. Easy to dump in the trash, and it takes the bits of debris from fried foods with it. Super easy clean up. No more "used oil" jugs to contend with. Amazing. Will re-order.

I hate cleaning oil off pants and dumping oil in the trash. It smells and when it's hot, that gets even worse. This is a great solution. I do not fry often but when I do, this makes it easy to dispose of gross oil. One small scoop is all I need, this will last me a long time.

I was using a more expensive product for solidifying oil. I wanted something more cost effective that I could keep on hand for the infrequent times we do fry things like fish. This one worked just as well as the other and the amount of product I got was considerably more. It doesn't have the convenience of being pre-portioned in ready to use packets, but it does come with a scoop for easy measure and use. I will definitely buy it again!

This thing works! My first time I didn’t measure and added to little so my oil didn’t solidified to the point where I can scoop it up in one pass, but it did solidify to the point that I can grab chunks, get it off the pan and throw it straight into the trash bin.
