Because the photo shows 3 bottles, and because the description states "3 pieces", I was expecting three bottles in the order. But what the description means is that each bottle has 3 pieces: the bottle bottom, the screw lid with the holes, and the rotating aperture on the lid that exposes the three sets of hole sizes. The bottle that I received was a little dinged up, so 4 stars.

Should be -1 stars. They are light as feather, not even sure if it is stainless steel, bad workmanship, all the tops are scratched. I am also worried about safety as we are going to put spices in there that contain salt.Why would anyone make a product like this.. To have someone see this in my kitchen, I would die of shame

Recently started making my own seasonings, and bought three of these. While cooking my husband picked one up and commented how nice they were, and how convenient, not having to mix each ingredient in. They save much more time than it takes to make up a batch of seasoning. (Thank you IowaGirlEats for recipes.) Hope others enjoy them as much as I do.

One of the lids had rust on the underside and another was poorly stamped to a point it won't fully tighten. Leaving the potential for the lid to come off when shaking. They are ok, but quality is below average.

A bit flimsy, but I experiment with dry rubs and am a home cook. They will work for my use. If I were a commercial cook, I'd worry about how they would hold up in constant use. I did put food grade "never seize" on the threads to (I'm hopeful) remove some of the on-off stress on the thin metal. The hole choices on the lids is a nice touch for various grinds.

I never thought about left handed or right handed while using shakers but you definitely need to use these things with your left hand. I'm hopelessly right handed but trying to adapt. The shakers are good, the three sizes of holes are great (I use them for paprika, kosher salt & parsley) and they close easily while not in use. You just have to get used to working left handed.

All is great except that the holes are on the wrong side which is next to handle so if you are rt handed its hard to pour.but I like that it has three different size holes to pour from.

I probably didn't realize that this product did not have rotatable with different sized holes. I was going to use them for spices however living in Florida requires that you keep rice in most spices so it doesn't clump but stays loose. These allow the "rice" to fall through the holes.
