I’ve been taking this daily for the past 3 weeks. But before these 3 weeks occurred, my sugar cravings were an everyday battle. PERFECT FOR HORMONAL ACNE.Like most women, I deal with hormonal acne around my cycle and It’s usually the hard cystic acne/pimples. I’m on my second bottle and I noticed over time that I haven’t had any hormonal acne outbreaks. This is such a blessing. My main purpose for buying these supplements was to lower my cortisol levels, balance my hormones and to regulate my blood sugar because it’s been so hard for me to lose my cortisol belly. But to my surprise it helped with my hormonal acne. I waited to leave a review. I wanted to see if I saw a changed. Things stayed the same, didn't get worse nor did they get better. My energy level and sleep are the same. However, these pills are easy to swallow, no after taste, no odor and easy on the tummy. They didn't work for me but they could possibly work for someone else.
