Hard to swallow!
These supplements are high in DHA, but holy horse pills batman! They're so big they get stuck in my throat if they don't spiral down. Sometimes I have to cough to get them out of my throat and try again. I'm going to try coating them with olive oil next time I have one. After I finish this bottle, I'm going back to taking 2 500 mg DHA pills instead of 1 1000 mg pill.

Large Pill
These pills are slightly larger than your standard fish oil capsule. However they do contain 1000mg of DHA which is really difficult to find. The size makes sense given how much is in a 1 capsule serving. I was pretty shocked though! I am going to try to get used to swallowing them, but will probably go back to the regular size or the mini and just take 2 when this bottle is empty.
