Yes... Gluten is bad for seals. Especially the rear main.

Hot Wheels just need a drop of sewing machine oil.

Q: I don't see the brand of max life for new engines. can i put this in a 2016 kia optima lx 1.6 turbo that is new with 1500 miles? if not,what 5w-30?

Thats because maxlife is for older engines with 75000. You don't put this in a new engine as it will swell the seals up ...no need for that in a new engine.
